The Spaminator project was started by Patrice in 2017 to combat the growing amount of exploitative spam on the Steem blockchain. It is currently technically operated by the Guilty Parties team and managed by Steemcleaners members. Spaminator’s goal is to disrupt, mitigate and prevent reward pool exploitation by automated, illicit or mass-organized means on the Steem blockchain.
